Order Processing: We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be processed within 3-4 business days.
Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping methods to ensure your order arrives intact and on time:

- Priority Shipping
Shipping Time: While we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, please note that our order processing time must be added to your shipping time. So, if you select our standard shipping method, you can estimate your order arrival within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method you select, the value and weight of your items, and their destination.
Local Pickup & Delivery: Customers within a 50 mile radius or based on Tumbly Haus show schedule and locations may offer local pick up and delivery. Please contact us at hi@tumblyhaus.com or message us on social to discuss this BEFORE submitting your order so we can advise of this is possible. We would prefer to meet up and drop off items whenever possible for money savings and to avoid shipping costs. If you are in the New England area please REACH OUT :)
International Shipping: We're happy to offer international shipping for our customers. However, please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking: We will provide notifications to keep you updated on your shipment. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number so you can track your package.
Shipping Addresses: Please ensure that the shipping address is correct, as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
